Welcome to Salon Pro. By using this system, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the system.

2. Definitions

  • "System": The Salon Pro platform for barbershop management.
  • "Service": All features and functionality available through the system.
  • "User" or "You": The person or entity using the system.
  • "We" or "Company": The Salon Pro team.

3. Terms of Use

By using the system, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and correct information during registration.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Not use the system for any illegal purposes.
  • Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or tamper with the system.
  • Immediately report any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Accounts & Registration

  • You must have legal authority to register on behalf of the business.
  • You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate the terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Published prices are in EGP and may change with prior notice.
  • Subscriptions are activated after we verify payment.
  • If you do not renew, the account may be suspended while data is retained for 30 days.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the system are reserved by us. Users are granted a limited license to use the system only; copying, modifying, or redistributing the system is not allowed.

7. Data & Privacy

  • Your data belongs to you and remains strictly confidential.
  • We do not share your data with any third party except with your consent or under a court order.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We make every effort to provide a reliable and stable service.
  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
  • We are not liable for errors in data entered by the user.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or in-app notification.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • We may terminate the service if you violate these terms.
